Requirements
- Experience with failure analysis tools (optical microscope, SAM, 2D/3D X-ray)
- Proficient with electrical test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, power supply)
- Familiarity with machine learning for 3D X-ray image processing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Learn how to operate the basic failure analysis tools including optical microscope, SAM and 2D/3D X-ray tools for daily failure analysis support
- Use the basic electrical test tools including DMM, oscilloscope and power supply to support the incoming failure verification with the bench setups
- Learn the basic operations of 3D X-ray tool and work on a project to utilize AI software from the tool for imaging processing enhancement
Other
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively in a team
