HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc. is looking to establish itself as a leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide and needs support in their visual merchandising department for seasonal campaign rollouts and daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Studying visual merchandising is a plus
Responsibilities
- organize electronic files, create Visual Merchandising directives, and manage spreadsheets
- Assist the Field Visual Merchandising team with seasonal floorsets and window installations in local stores, including mannequin styling, steaming, and merchandising
- Serve as a liaison with Field VM teams to assist the VM Operations Manager in addressing and fulfilling their operational needs effectively
- Oversee the inventory of in-office visual merchandising props, including stocktaking, organization, and distribution as needed
- Support the team with various additional responsibilities to maintain a seamless workflow
Other
- You must be able to work on location, 20-24 hours per week
- Intern for the full Fall term - September 8, 2025 - December 12, 2025
- You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university pursuing a bachelor's degree
- This position is not eligible for relocation
- Prior internship or work experience in visual merchandising or a related field, or a demonstrated passion for the industry.
