Globe Machine is looking for a Robotics Technician to program, assemble, and maintain robots for custom automation systems, contributing to the future of manufacturing.
Requirements
- Experience with FANUC robot programming, troubleshooting, or maintenance strongly desired
- Proficiency with PLC programming and other machine control systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Mechanical assembly or automation equipment experience is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Program and integrate FANUC and other robots and PLCs for custom automation systems.
- Assemble robotic components, subassemblies, and systems per mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Support end-to-end machine builds, from shop floor assembly through customer on-site field commissioning.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly documentation.
- Collaborate with Controls Engineers and Project Managers to test and install fully integrated systems.
- Participate in on-site installation, system startup, and customer training.
- Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems and automation equipment in the field.

- Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to learn in a dynamic, hands-on environment
- Valid driver's license, and ability to obtain a U.S. passport and TWIC card
