The RealReal is looking to solve the problem of efficiently distributing, sorting, and prepping items within their photo department, as well as ensuring accurate and timely movement of products through their warehouse and authentication processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to read and write in English
- 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Distribute product to respective departments (Jewelry, Ready-To-Wear, Men’s, Shoes & Accessories, and Handbags)
- Ensure all product correctly sorted, staged, scanned and delivered through pipeline
- Ensuring warehouse tickets are accurate and match product
- Sort and scan into locations all rejections to deliver to brand specialists
- Steam and prep photo ready product for photographers
- Perform end of day floor scans and weekly audits of the queue in partnership with leadership and management
- Operate manual pallet jack to move product and pallets throughout the warehouse (training provided)
