BAE Systems' Mission Assessments (MA) organization is revolutionizing how mission-level operational analysis is planned, executed, and delivered to address the rapidly increasing demand for mission-level operational analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering development or production of complex electronic systems.
- Experience leading engineering teams in the solution of complex technical problems.
- Product engineering acumen within one or more disciplines, and engineering management experience, to include: planning, estimating, and execution.
- Electronic Warfare (EW) technical domain knowledge, including hardware products or capabilities.
Responsibilities
- lead the engineering effort for the entire program ensuring the solution meets customer programmatic and technical requirements within the allocated engineering cost and schedule.
- represents the technical team to project managers, functions, and executive leadership, and provides responsibilities for developing the overall technical solution.
- decision authority between the study lead and engineering team and are responsible for developing the overall technical solution by influencing the design, development, and analysis.
Other
- Typically, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field and 8-10 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Requires qualified candidates to hold an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program clearances and DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
