BAE Systems' Mission Assessments (MA) organization is revolutionizing how mission-level operational analysis is planned, executed, and delivered to address the rapidly increasing demand for mission-level operational analysis and effectively communicate the value of BAE Systems products to customers, DoD leadership and the warfighter.

Requirements

  • Experience in engineering development or production of complex electronic systems.
  • Experience leading engineering teams in the solution of complex technical problems.
  • Product engineering acumen within one or more disciplines, and engineering management experience, to include: planning, estimating, and execution.
  • Degrees and/or direct job experience within multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Previous job experience operating within classified and/or a Special Access Program environment.
  • Previous program engineering management experience.
  • Electronic Warfare (EW) technical domain knowledge, including hardware products or capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • design, integrate, and test the world’s next generation communication and electronic warfare systems for the United States DoD and international customers.
  • bring together models of advanced technologies, weapons, platforms, and threats in relevant mission simulations
  • apply our deep subject matter expertise and experience to deliver assessments that can change the world.
  • support the Study Manager department within MA.
  • ensure the Mission Assessment organization is fully staffed with Engineering Leaders that will drive program execution.
  • be hands-on helping to execute more of our complex programs representing the technical team to project managers, functions, and executive leadership
  • provide responsibilities for developing the overall technical solution.

Other

  • Requires qualified candidates to hold an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access Program clearances and DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
