BAE Systems' Electronic Systems (ES) sector is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to support programs in the Converged Solution (CS) and RF Exploitation Architectures (REXAS) Tech Areas, developing novel technologies ranging from the next generation of new RF/cyber algorithms to demonstration of advanced EW capabilities in integrated systems at government ranges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field
- Active DoW Top Secret clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP clearances
- 8+ years experience in engineering, operations, management or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to lead small multi-discipline teams on software focused programs
- Experience/familiarity with one of the following topics: RF/Digital Signal Processing, Electronic Warfare, Electronic Attack, and Electronic Support Measures, Cyber vulnerability research and reverse engineering
Responsibilities
- Serve as engineering focal point for all activity within the projects including strategic planning, bid and proposal support for engineering content, engineering strategy and integrated plans on programs, engineering staffing, issue reporting, and risk and opportunity management
- Project execution leadership to technical team; plan, execute, and manage all engineering efforts within the project
- Partner and collaborate with program managers, functional engineering managers, subcontractors, and customers, and factories to ensure program goals, requirements, and needs are understood and achieved
- Monitor project plans and execution to ensure technical and work scope requirements, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained
- Effectively communicate with clear, concise messaging to teams and leadership

- Full-time on-site work at a BAE Systems facility
