Automated Logic is looking for a Field Engineer Intern to assist in the field commissioning of building automation systems, aiming to help customers operate their buildings more efficiently, reduce energy consumption, lower costs, and improve indoor air quality and occupant comfort.
Requirements
- Competency with Microsoft software including Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Aptitude for translating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Aptitude for problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Assist to Initiate, install, troubleshoot optimize customer systems that utilize advanced Direct Digital Control technology.
- Assist to provide turnkey project delivery on small to medium projects.
- Assist to ensure that systems operate properly, to include controls, sensors, and software.
- Assist loading software, configuring trends, alarms, and reports.
Other
- Must be currently Pursuing an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology.
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be a US Citizen or able to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
- Possess and maintain valid and current Driver’s License and be insurable by our company’s insurance Carrier
