Riot Platforms is looking to solve the problem of developing and operating large-scale data centers for high-performance computing and Bitcoin mining, and is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its engineering operations in Corsicana, Texas.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience managing large scale engineering projects.
- Proven experience leading engineering or technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) is required.
- PMP certification or formal project management training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects, including electrical infrastructure and bitcoin mining operations.
- Oversee design, planning, and execution of engineering solutions for high-power electrical systems and facility upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, construction, and IT to ensure seamless project integration.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and drafters.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain project management tools and reporting systems.
