Allied Solutions is looking to solve the problem of providing effective learning and development resources to support their sales and service representatives through the design and development of learning resources
Requirements
- Familiarity with instructional design principles (ADDIE or similar)
- Strong writing and editing skills to produce clear, engaging, and professional training content
- Basic graphic/visual design skills and ability to create simple layouts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with ability to learn internal systems
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools or LMS platforms preferred (Seismic Learning or similar)
- Interest in adult learning theory and emerging technologies in learning (e.g., AI in training) preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, including static documents, eLearnings, and multimedia resources
- Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE) to create engaging and effective learning solutions
- Ensure training content is clear, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards
- Support the incorporation of interactivity, video, and audio elements into learning materials
- Assist with Seismic Learning LMS administration tasks such as course setup, content updates, and user support
- Pull reporting from Seismic Learning and other systems to track engagement, completion, and performance metrics
- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness using data and feedback
Other
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
