Johnson & Johnson is looking to improve field operations and inventory practices for its Shockwave Medical portfolio, which aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
Requirements
- Understanding of building reporting/visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Understanding of automation processes
- Ability to efficiently read in data, analyze, and present data using Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and other systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design solutions to complex problems
- Ability to work with large data sets and draw conclusions
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend areas of opportunity within field sales and communicate with key decision leaders within the company.
- Effectively communicate complex information to field sales force and commercial operations individuals.
- Create, monitor, and improve reports in PowerBI using metrics generated in Salesforce, Oracle, and other systems.
- Find the best / most simple solution while providing maximum benefit to our supported units.
- Work with large data sets, glean intelligence from data, draw conclusions, and enabling recommendations to key stakeholder groups.
- Manage inventory allocation and disposition of sales personnel trunk stock and/or customer consignment within the United States and Internationally.
- Incorporate automation and reporting to daily field inventory practices.

- Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field
- At least 1-3 years of directly related work experience
- Ability to problem solve and recognize potential issues before they impact the business
- Ability to work in ambiguity
- Strong communication skills with personnel that do not have an analytical background
- Fluent in English
