Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and shape product features for data center liquid cooling products
  • Oversee installations and troubleshoot issues with data center operators and partners
  • Translate technical challenges into clear product requirements for engineering teams
  • Help customers design system architectures that integrate cooling solutions into their infrastructure
  • Research market trends and refine the value proposition based on real customer feedback
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure the right products are being built
  • Document customer needs and use cases

  • 0-3 years of experience and eagerness to grow quickly in a technical role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with technical customers

  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time
