Requirements
- Engineering or advanced technical degree in software, mechanical, electrical or data science
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and translate them into clear product requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with technical customers
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on priorities
- Experience with data center operations and cooling technologies
- Familiarity with emerging cooling technologies
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and shape product features for data center liquid cooling products
- Oversee installations and troubleshoot issues with data center operators and partners
- Translate technical challenges into clear product requirements for engineering teams
- Help customers design system architectures that integrate cooling solutions into their infrastructure
- Research market trends and refine the value proposition based on real customer feedback
- Work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure the right products are being built
- Document customer needs and use cases

- Willingness to travel 10% of the time
