Requirements
- 3+ years of field service or technical support experience, ideally with robotics or automation equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Technically competent with diagnostic tools, software interfaces, and command-line environments
- Familiarity with Linux, ROS, or robotics simulation tools (bonus)
- Comfortable working with command-line environments
- Experience with software interfaces
- Technical competence with robotics or automation equipment
Responsibilities
- operate, install, test, troubleshoot and maintain our robots in a live factory environment
- capturing performance data and user feedback
- bridge the gap between engineering and the customer by spotting real-world issues early
- ensure every deployment is professional, safe, and successful
