The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking a Sales Operations Lead for the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Segment to shape the trajectory of the business, drive growth through operational excellence, and provide data-driven strategic direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to tell stories about the business, articulating key patterns, trends, and opportunities
  • Influence and help define the go-to-market strategy
  • Work cross functionally to execute strategic priorities
  • Drive rhythm of business activities
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to help the organization execute against a set of strategic priorities and go-to-market plans
  • Drive critical business activities such as Annual Planning, Forecasting, Operational Strategy, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other sales performance processes.

  • Serve as trusted business partner to sales leadership
  • The candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as across other geographies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • The “OneTeam” will look to the person in this role to ground them in data and steer them in a strategic direction.
