- Clean driving record and valid license
- Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- Climb ladders up to 14 feet
- Work in attics and other limited-space areas
- Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Sales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center experience
- Live within a 20-mile radius of the city
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
