Requirements
- equivalent hands-on experience in testing or supporting software/electronic systems.
- Experience with both lab-based and field-based product testing.
Responsibilities
- Execute software and system testing both in lab and field environments to verify product functionality, software releases, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Document results of testing and work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Support the creation of test strategies and manual test cases for unit, functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing.
- Provide on-site support for new product installs, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Partner with customers and field service teams to replicate and resolve real-world issues.
- Communicate findings clearly with software, hardware, and product teams to drive product improvements.
- Exercise judgment within established procedures while adapting to unique field scenarios.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience in testing or supporting software/electronic systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.
- Flexible, team-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
- 3+ years of experience testing electronic, display, or control systems for agricultural equipment, automotive, mining, or telematics.
- Background in agriculture or agriculture-related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and customer communication skills.
