Arch's Finance (Capital Planning) Summer Intern role aims to support the company's capital planning efforts by providing assistance with PMIERs close process, investment analysis, risk reporting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, counterparty reviews, financial statement evaluation, and ratings-related documentation. This role seeks to leverage intern talent to contribute to these critical financial functions, fostering a pipeline of future talent for the insurance industry.
Requirements
- Actively completing area of study in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related program.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
- College level - Junior or Senior student with graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2027.
Responsibilities
- Learn and support the PMIERs close process, investment analysis, and risk reporting activities.
- Contribute to capital planning efforts, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Analyze investment portfolios and support counterparty reviews.
- Evaluate financial statements to identify trends and assess performance.
- Support ratings-related documentation and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
