Corteva Agriscience is looking for a Finance Data Analyst to blend accounting expertise with advanced data analytics and AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across financial processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Alteryx Designer and experience building complex workflows.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, or robotic process automation.
- Strong background in Databricks.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and data structures.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau, snowflake, or Azure ML.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, BPC).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Alteryx to streamline data preparation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying AI and machine learning in finance (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection, intelligent automation).
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance financial systems and processes.
- Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows within the Databricks environment.
- Support the ingestion and transformation of data from various sources (e.g., cloud storage, databases, APIs) into Databricks for analysis and reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on integrating technical tools with accounting functions.
- Support internal and external audits with data-driven insights and documentation.

- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to finance transformation initiatives or digital finance strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data and Analytics, Data Science or related field.
