Motorola Solutions' Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) division is seeking a data engineer to support a new analytics team focused on revenue generation. The goal is to bridge the gap between revenue operations and data analytics, providing critical insights to optimize go-to-market strategy and increase revenue and performance.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience writing SQL
- 4 years of experience writing Python Code
- Familiarity with database administration concepts
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Understand building building and developing web services and API
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and support optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless data integration.
- Document process workflows and data flow diagrams.
- Developing and managing data integration and ETL and ELT workflows in python
- Assist in database migration, upgrades, and patching
