The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) position supports the business by building and implementing effective and efficient automated technology solutions. This role is also responsible for the technical support of existing Power BI reports/dashboards, Power Apps and Power Automate Solutions as well as working seamlessly between business users and the technical community for successfully implementations.
Requirements
- Experience with data extraction and transformation in Power BI, with Microsoft CRM, Oracle DBs, SQL Server and Excel.
- Ability to write, optimize, and manage complex SQL and DAX queries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate preferred.

Responsibilities
- Build compelling, interactive and actionable reporting on top of structured data models that help in deriving meaningful business insights from large, complex datasets.
- Publish & maintain information related to historical, current and future performance.
- Train team members/ users on Power BI tool, dashboards and reports, as required by FP&A team.
- Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests.
- Responsible for designing, developing and deploying Microsoft Power BI Analytics Dashboards/Reports, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Analyzes multiple data sources like Microsoft CRM, Oracle, data lake house solutions and Excel to integrate with existing datasets and relate a comprehensive BI story.

- Four-year degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in data extraction and transformation.
- Complies with Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
- A successful candidate will be a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, who will combine strong technical skills with business acumen and effective communication skills to bring complex data-driven solutions to life.
- The role requires an individual who has built end-to-end business intelligence (BI) solutions and is highly motivated to take the responsibility for BI solutions from conception through to successful delivery.
