Requirements

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Basic SQL experience for querying financial datasets
• Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and basic financial concepts
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to numerical accuracy

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and standardize financial datasets from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end financial analysis, including revenue trends, expense patterns, and variance explanations
• Build reports and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyze cost drivers, spending behavior, and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies
• Support the finance team in developing financial models and scenario analysis tools
• Track KPIs, create data visualizations, and summarize findings for leadership
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and documentation of all financial data sources

Other

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Ability to explain findings in a simple, business-friendly way
