The company needs to ensure accurate counting and weighing of finished product lots, proper tagging, and efficient loading of trucks to maintain product quality and operational efficiency within the Operations department.
Requirements
- 1- 5 Years forklift experience required.
Responsibilities
- Keep an accurate count and weight on finished product lots.
- Ensure the correct tags are used on each lot.
- Load trucks.
- Operate the scale used to determine the correct weight for each tote.
- Operate lift truck as needed.
- Check all equipment to ensure it is operated properly and maintained.
- Keep the Shift Superintendent informed of all problems.
Other
- GED or High School Diploma Preferred
- Must be able to work night shift.
- All employees are directly responsible for the quality of OEN products.
- Each employee must perform their job function in accordance to the GMP rules and the Sanitation, Safety and HACCP Programs.
- Follow safe work practices and comply with all company, federal and state rules and regulations which apply to the job, including but not limited to, Right to Know, emergency evacuation, electrical safety, confined space, bloodborne pathogens and lockout/tagout.
