Requirements
- Experience in consumer electronics New Product Development Introduction (NPDI)
- Strong understanding of hardware development cycles
- Experience managing complex bill of materials (BOM)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems

- Background in Android-based platforms
- International supplier management experience
Responsibilities
- Champion end-to-end NPDI programs from concept to mass production, driving technical milestones through EVT/DVT/PVT phases
- Orchestrate product requirements and engineering deliverables across global development teams, ensuring design excellence and timeline adherence
- Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies, identifying critical paths and implementing risk mitigation plans
- Lead build readiness reviews and production qualification, managing ECOs and manufacturing ramp while maintaining quality standards
- Synchronize complex deliverables across Industrial Design, Hardware, Software, Supply Chain, and Quality Engineering, ensuring seamless integration
- Drive executive decisions through data-driven insights on launch timing, BOM cost targets, and quality metrics while managing dependencies
- Spearhead DFM optimization, pilot builds, and engineering samples while ensuring robust firmware integration and validation
