Panduit is looking to hire a Firmware Development Engineer Intern to help design, implement, and validate embedded system-based power products, gaining hands-on experience in embedded software development and testing while contributing to real-world projects.
Requirements
- Experience with C, C++, or Python programming.
- Prior experience with embedded systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop embedded firmware for power products using C, C++, or Python.
- Create and execute test plans to validate firmware functionality.
- Design and implement automated test programs.
- Assist in the development of software tools to support engineering workflows.
- Participate in root cause analysis for field return investigations.
Other
- Currently pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (Sophomore or higher).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
