Keysight is looking to hire a Firmware Engineer Intern to design, develop, and test software that controls signal generator hardware, aiming to meet customer requirements and ensure high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and UML
- Working knowledge of C++
- Working knowledge in building, testing, and debugging software
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a diverse team to review and understand customer requirements.
- Create or update product definitions to meet customer needs.
- Participate in software scheduling and architectural design, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- Develop software that seamlessly integrates with our hardware.
- Take part in design and code reviews, providing valuable feedback and insights.
- Partner with QA and NPI engineers to ensure our software meets the highest quality standards.
- Properly document solutions and share your knowledge with the team.
Other
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master's, or PhD degree with software emphasis
- Good organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
