Seagate is looking for an intern to assist in designing, developing, testing, and integrating firmware solutions for cutting-edge storage products, including exploring AI/ML applications in engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with Python or ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Basic understanding of storage systems or hardware interfaces.
- Strong knowledge and experience with C/C++ and Python programming.
- Exposure to embedded systems concepts through coursework or projects.
- Interest in AI/ML and its applications in engineering.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing embedded firmware features.
- Support internal projects that explore AI/ML techniques for diagnostics and workflow optimization.
- Help analyze telemetry and performance data to improve firmware reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand firmware architecture and development processes.
