Boeing is looking for a Product & Services Quality Manager to support the ESRC Quality team onsite in Everett, Washington. The role aims to drive improvements within the ESRC to ensure teams are prepared for and continuously improving with the goal of zero injuries, zero defects, and zero Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality or production engineering
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of experience with team building, developing, and motivating employees
- 5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 5+ years of experience completing process-oriented tasks accurately and in an organized manner
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
- Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
- Manages hourly employees
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
Other
- Responsible for working overtime during weekdays and weekends as required
- Up to 10% travel may be required for this position
- Self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively work to and meet deadlines
