Rolls-Royce is looking to solve complex data management and analysis needs in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter
Requirements
- Associates degree in STEM with 4+ years of experience in Engineering, Data Science or Informatics
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Data Science or Informatics
- Master’s degree in STEM
- JD/PhD
- Relevant work experience in Maximo environment
- Experience Business Process Mapping
- Familiarity with SQL and Python
Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert for data path sourcing and knowledge transformation to support Fleet Data Management
- Provide analysis and metrics development for both process and business-level KPIs
- Identify capability improvements to business process reporting, data collection and tool/software development to include automation options
- Leverage industry best practices and tools in the backend/frontend ecosystem and utilize on applicable projects
- Develop documentation, user guides, and work instructions to support overall process execution

- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident to be eligible for consideration for this opportunity
- Able to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
- Understanding of data analytics best practices
- Demonstrable project management skills and basic leadership skills
