Marriott’s Brand Digital Experience team is looking to bring their vision to life by turning strategy into thoughtful, brand-authentic digital experiences for 30+ brands online.
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/Product Design for large-scale sites, apps, or digital products
- Portfolio that shows strong UX craft, storytelling, and shipped work
- Fluency with Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools, AEM Storybook (or equivalent); Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Sharp design eye and strong attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or global brand design a plus
- Strong communicator who explains the “why” and adapts to feedback
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders in a global organization
Responsibilities
- Translate design strategy into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
- Apply Marriott’s design system while knowing when to adapt for brand individuality
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research in sprints
- Share progress openly, flag blockers early, and help keep projects moving in a global, multi-team environment
- Balance usability, conversion, and storytelling in every decision
- Present work clearly, tying design choices back to strategy and user needs
- Ensure a quality experience on live digital products by participating in the user acceptance testing process
