RTX is looking for an intern to learn about corporate flight operations and assist with the design, development, and testing of aircraft avionics using their fleet of experimental aircraft.
Requirements
- student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- Pursuing an aviation degree in an accredited professional pilot or aircraft maintenance program.
- FAA pilot and/or mechanic certification.
Responsibilities
- You will support the day-to-day management of a corporate part 91 flight department.
- You will work on advanced research and development projects involving the latest avionics technologies.
- You will contribute to the operation and maintenance of our fleet of jet, turboprop and piston flight test aircraft.

- This role is onsite, at the Eastern Iowa Airport (Cedar Rapids).
