The University of Pennsylvania is seeking an fMRI Data Analyst to develop an analysis pipeline for fMRI data collected in patients with disorders of consciousness and to conduct research on cutting-edge fMRI applications to develop better ways of assessing consciousness in brain injury and predicting consciousness recovery.
Requirements
- prior experience with neuroimaging analysis, preferably functional MRI analysis
- comfortable with at least one software packing for neuroimaging analysis
- coding
Responsibilities
- develop an analysis pipeline for fMRI data collected in patients with disorders of consciousness
- conduct research on cutting edge fMRI applications
- Examples of data types include task-based fMRI (both block and event designs), resting state fMRI, and structural sequences.

- Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
