Responsibilities
- Responsible to make sure quality and food safety standards have been met
- Proper completion of HACCP, SSOP and other quality department paperwork
- Support Branding Iron’s GMPs and SSOPs and follow up with any deficiencies
- Perform daily inspections of incoming and finished product. Must accurately document findings
- Responsible to calibrate and verify equipment
- Complete chemical titrations and microbiological analysis
- Perform GMP audits, SSOP and HACCP reviews
