Requirements
- must have broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOP's
- Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc.
- SAP knowledge preferred
- HACCP certified preferred
Responsibilities
- production paperwork verification
- production floor checks
- performing GMP and housekeeping audits
- responsible for Team Member food safety training
- responsible for food safety food quality and legality
Other
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment production of soups sauces or toppings preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbal and written; bilingual a plus.
- Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks
