Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, food technology, chemistry, biology or related field
- 8+ years of significant expertise in quality, food safety, R&D, food science, product development and industrial production
- Extensive experience in the food industry
- Functional knowledge of SAP
- FDA/FSMA/CFIA knowledge (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain FSQ product specifications for NAM products
- Support all stages of the product innovation pipeline
- Participate in key governance meetings to ensure FSQ perspectives are fully embedded in strategic decisions
- Lead the development and management of KPIs and FSQ Innovation dashboards
- Integrate data from field operations, plant audits, and consumer feedback into product FSQ specifications
