The Food Service Software Support role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food service-related software systems across all school sites. This position supports technology functions, verifies data accuracy, and facilitates efficient ordering and reporting processes to maintain high standards in food production and distribution.

Responsibilities
- Update and/or verify café computer programs for all school sites. Including; set up of new items in the system, creating recipes, posting menus, creating POS grid, user access and roles, student data, etc.
- Provide technical assistance to school staff, including resolving connectivity issues and troubleshooting software errors.
- Research and troubleshoot computer problems and system errors across all school sites.
- Review and verify daily reports to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Create catering orders and project required quantities for baked goods; order necessary supplies (e.g., flour) to streamline material procurement.
- Generate invoices for customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

- Verify school supply orders for warehouse staff to ensure materials are distributed in an orderly and efficient manner.
