Manière De Voir is looking for a Footwear and Accessory Product Developer to manage the creation and development of their collections, ensuring quality, aesthetic alignment, and timely production.

- Confident using Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Responsibilities
- Manage creation and development of all footwear and accessory collections from initial design handoff to final production alongside the CEO.
- Coordinate sample development, ensuring prototypes meet design intent, fit, and quality standards.
- Source and evaluate leathers, fabrics, trims, and hardware for performance, cost, and aesthetic alignment.
- Partner with factories and vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimums.
- Monitor supplier performance and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Work with sourcing to meet target FOBs and margin requirements without compromising quality.
- Create technical drawings and specifications for production
