Phonely is building a platform to allow businesses to build, simulate, and deploy voice AI agents, aiming to replace outsourced call centers with AI and achieve human-level performance with 99.9% reliability.
Requirements
- Python
- 2+ years writing software (python preferred)
- Understanding of LLMs, APIs, Cloud
- Comfortable with understanding technical specifications,
- Understanding of good architecture, security practices
Responsibilities
- Build integrations across APIs, webhooks, and internal services to connect customer systems with the platform.
- Develop rapid proof-of-concepts to validate workflows, features, and customer use cases before full-scale implementation.
- Understand the customer’s technical environment, constraints, data flows, and operational needs in detail.
- Review, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable engineering plans.
- Iterate on workflows directly with customers, refining architecture and logic based on real-time feedback.
- Closely monitor customer deployments, system health, and behavioral patterns to proactively identify issues.
- Create automated tests and validation suites to run against the production agent and ensure reliability.
