Shift5 is seeking to improve the customer experience by iterating on new ways to improve their existing product suite.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Problem decomposition: independently coming up with solutions to nebulous, complex problems while optimizing on the team's efficiency
- Interfacing with customers regularly to help them get the most out of Shift5's existing product suite
- Continuously iterating on new ways to improve the customer experience
- Acting as mini-CTO of their deployment

- Travel to customer sites regularly, up to 40% in the U.S.
- Active US Government TS clearance (and willingness to maintain one) or an ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills: connecting with customers, being curious, and dealing with tough situations and conflict
- Mission-driven: wanting to work on hard problems and being a self-starter
- Base Salary: $100,000-$150,000
