Requirements
- 2+ years of SWE/AI/ML engineering experience with deep understanding of LLM internals, agent architectures, and evaluation frameworks
- Proven rapid-prototyping skills
- Hands-on full-stack development experience using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong bias toward action, learning by doing and iterating effectively through complexity
- Track record of impact via publications, open-source contributions, or significant real-world projects
- Ability to distill research insights, identify underlying problems, and design robust solutions
Responsibilities
- Ship production-ready multi-agent systems and build tools for debugging, deploying, and operating scalable AI workflows
- Lead and establish research culture by staying current with AI research and prototyping ideas that push our product forward
- Implement your findings to quickly translate research insights into production systems
- Work closely with customers to iterate and optimize our product
