Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, building and shipping products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and designers to identify inefficiencies and creatively redesign clinical processes using state-of-the-art AI capabilities.
- Delve into clinical content, guidelines, and medical research to extract opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Integrate and deploy LLMs and other AI tools to automate clinical logic, ensuring they transform patient and clinician experiences.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, latency, and cost-efficiency of AI and backend systems.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of sensitive user data, adhering strictly to HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Lead workflow mapping sessions, producing clear, detailed process maps, decision trees, and content models.
