Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, specifically building and successfully shipping production AI products.
- Strong practical experience with LLMs, AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, Python, Machine Learning, and Vectorization.
- Familiarity with deployment and scaling technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and deploy LLMs and other custom AI tools to automate clinical logic and transform patient/clinician experiences.
- Monitor and continuously optimize the performance, latency, and cost-efficiency of AI models and supporting backend systems.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and integrity of sensitive user data, strictly adhering to HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
- Develop engineering processes and tools to support faster AI product development and scaling (e.g., model invocation efficiency).
- Collaborate closely with clinical and design experts to deeply understand and re-engineer clinical workflows using state-of-the-art AI.
- Delve into clinical content, guidelines, and medical research to identify major inefficiencies and key opportunities for AI-driven automation and redesign.
