Rebolt is building the next-generation no-code platform that empowers companies to create and deploy custom full-stack applications in minute. Our mission is to enable both technical and non technical teams to replace brittle spreadsheets and one-size-fits-all SaaS with their own internal tools.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of backend engineering experience and a solid foundation in both Computer Science and software engineering principles.
- Are fluent in Python and TypeScript and have worked with FastAPI and/or NextJS in the past.
- Understand how databases (KV, SQL, Document based) work, when each of them should be used and how they can be optimized.
- Have previously developed, tested and scaled RESTful APIs in the past.
- Are excited about AI/ML applications and have previously worked in LLMs, agents, and automation
- Knowledge of OOP design patterns, clean architecture, event sourcing and Test Driven Development.
- Experience with DevOps tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, Github Actions and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship the core services that power our multi-agent AI workflows: rock-solid restful APIs, data models built for evolution, and deployment/debug tools that just work.
- Be the go-to expert. Troubleshoot critical issues in production, mentor peers on system design, and evangelize best practices across services and languages.
- Participate in building a cutting-edge AI agent platform from 0 to 1 and scale it to production.
- Work directly with AI/ML systems, web agents, and full-stack development.
- Shape the technical architecture and culture of a fast-growing YC-backed startup.
