Renumerate is looking for a Senior Founding Engineer to help build a product that leverages AI to improve customer retention for subscription companies by providing insights into subscriber behavior and automating retention strategies.

Responsibilities
- work across the stack, helping build a modern, fast-moving Rust + React product with real user impact
- partnering Machine Learning/AI to drive automated insights with designs to give businesses a tool to experiment and understand subscribers in order to create engaging, simple and intuitive workflows
- help increase product velocity, ship new features quickly, and improve the underlying platform
- building back-end infrastructure

- at least 3 years of experience working on complex full-stack web applications and that has had a chance to work in multiple roles, environments and teams
