Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end—from idea to shipped and in customers' hands.
- Focus on impact: what you build should move the business and solve real problems for our users.
- Build with the latest models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and ship fast when new tools drop.
- Ship code on day one.
- Work with React frontends, FastAPI services, Postgres, Redis, AWS (via Terraform), etc.
- AI is embedded throughout our product and internal workflows.
- Build and ship AI-powered features and internal tools.
Other
- 1-4 years of experience (though what you've built matters more than years)
- You've shipped something—side projects, startups, whatever. We want to see that you can take something from zero to one
- Strong fundamentals, fast learner—you pick up new tools and technologies quickly
- Good judgment on whether to move fast and iterate vs. when to get it right from day one
- Scrappy, autonomous, high standards for yourself and your work
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate—we work in-person
