Requirements
- Strong in Python, React and TypeScript
- Full-stack experience across frontend, backend, data infrastructure, and ideally some AI workflows
- Experience building automation or agentic systems in production
- Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong PostgreSQL / SQL skills and solid database design
- A track record of shipping user-facing products end-to-end, not just pieces of a system
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that run clinical interviews, figure out what care patients need, find the best provider based on price/quality/convenience, book appointments, and follow up.
- Build pipelines that spot patterns in claims data, clinical records, and real-time patient interactions to predict and prevent costly health issues.
- Build patient chat systems to drive engagement with Rovi instead of traditional scheduling lines.
- Build clinician workflows to enable doctors to handle more patients asynchronously.
- Build systems, data models, and integrations that can scale to support hundreds of thousands of users.
- Own large parts of the product end-to-end.
- Ship improvements quickly.
