Planbase is building the next generation of B2B software powered by AI, aiming to embed intelligence into operations, adapt to customer workflows, and help teams move faster and more accurately. They are addressing the tradeoff between fragmented point solutions and bloated, hard-to-customize platforms by handling infrastructure, data modeling, permissions, and compliance while allowing customers to extend the system with custom workflows and apps generated through LLMs and a chat interface. The code shipped will support systems impacting over 100 million patients and complex healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
- Ship fast, talk to customers, and build at the frontier of AI-native software.
- Work across the stack — from re-architecting ML forecasting systems to delivering elegant user-facing features.
- Build the platform infrastructure that allows AI to generate customer-specific apps, reports, and workflows.
- Help define engineering culture and grow the team.
