Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript and full-stack development.
- Experience with React/Next.js is strongly preferred.
- Experience designing and building core platform features, including APIs, external integrations, and sophisticated features like Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit logging, and multi-tenancy.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of key product verticals, driving development from conception to deployment.
- Design and build highly scalable, high-performance systems and execute iterative releases with speed and quality.
- Lead technical integrations with major industry vendors and architect intuitive, user-friendly UIs.
- Actively influence the product roadmap and engage directly with customers to gather feedback and refine features.
- Work across our core stack: TypeScript, React/Next.js, React Query, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and building core platform features, including APIs, external integrations, and sophisticated features like Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit logging, and multi-tenancy.
Other
- 5 - 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 4+ years of engineering experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong product engineering mindset, with a proven focus on code quality.
- The ideal candidate will be backend-leaning.
- A strong self-starter who exhibits a high degree of ownership, is customer-focused, and highly adaptable.
