Plaud.ai is looking to build its "Plaud for Teams" product experience from the ground up, focusing on creating privacy-minded collaboration among humans and AI agents powered by LLMs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in professional software development, ideally in building and scaling productivity tools and enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with React, Vue, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology.
- Possess development skills for Vue/React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Canvas API/WebGL/GLSL.
- Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero-to-one product to global customers.
- A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the technical strategy and execution of our "Plaud for Teams" product roadmap -- driving development from backend to frontend -- while keeping customer needs and company priorities in sync.
- Lead our "for Team" product experience through its entire lifecycle, from early-stage prototyping to launch, with clear milestones guided by Product Led Growth (PLG) principles.
- Design and build secure, scalable, collaboration systems and API integrations that enhance functionality and deliver seamless user experiences -- without compromising on privacy, quality, or trust.
- Explore and apply the latest advancements in AI and LLMs to strengthen the intelligence and adaptability of our platform.
- Translate complex technical vision into clear direction for stakeholders at every level, including executives, teammates, and non-technical partners.
- Help shape the team by recruiting exceptional talent, mentoring engineers, and championing a hands-on culture of innovation, ownership, and execution.
- Collaborate fluidly across time zones and functions -- bridging the U.S. and global teams to move quickly and stay aligned.
