SeeVee is looking for a Founding Full-Stack Developer to build and shape their product from the ground up, leveraging expertise in Express, TypeScript, React, and Next.js for a dynamic interviewing system to revolutionize talent sourcing & hiring.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Express.js.
- Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Experience building or launching SaaS products.
- Knowledge of AI or HR technology sectors.
- Design or graphics experience beyond standard development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the SeeVee platform using TypeScript, Express, React, and Next.js.
- Collaborate with the founding team to define product features and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Ensure outstanding UI/UX design with meticulous attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Contribute ideas and best practices for building scalable, maintainable, and performant software in a startup environment.
- Play a hands-on role in refining user interactions and product workflows to enhance the candidate and client experience.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Adapt quickly to evolving requirements and contribute to startup growth strategies.
