Braintrust is looking for a data scientist to own Go-to-Market (GTM) analytics and insights, aiming to optimize GTM motions, build predictive models, and drive revenue impact through data.
Requirements
- Strong track record in data engineering and GTM analytics
- Expertise in modern data tools like Snowflake, dbt, Hex and the broader analytics stack
- Comfortable working across the full data lifecycle-from pipeline setup to analysis to visualization
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze data to optimize GTM motions across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Build predictive models for lead scoring, conversion forecasting, and customer lifetime value
- Develop dashboards and reports that surface key GTM metrics and insights to leadership
- Experiment with new analytical techniques and tools to continuously improve our GTM strategy
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities and answer critical business questions
